Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were nice and pleasant, offering a balcony with an amazing view of the Arc de Triomphe. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable. The location was excellent, right opposite a metro station and within walking distance of the Champs Elysee. The dining options were varied and satisfying. Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic amenities.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room had a stunning view of both the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, but unfortunately, noise from neighboring guests watching loud TV was a bit bothersome. The service was exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff; they even upgraded me to a room with a balcony offering an amazing view of the arch of triumph. The location couldn't have been better, right opposite a metro station and within walking distance of the Champs Elysee. The dining options were good but a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with an amazing view of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms, although a bit small, were spotless and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even upgrading us to a room with a balcony for free. The dining options, while packed with delicious choices, could be better given the high rates. Overall, a great value for the money and a truly memorable stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were lovely and spacious with a great view, but unfortunately, they smelt mouldy and hadn't been aired for a long time. The service was very helpful and friendly, especially being near the metro station. The location was wonderful, with easy access to famous landmarks. The dining experience was moderate, but the breakfast offer was reasonably priced.
The hotel provided a cozy room overlooking the arc de triomphe, which was fantastic for my stay. The TV could have had a few more British channels in the bedroom, but overall, the size was just right for the three of us.
The hotel room was quite crowded, even for just two people, looking into a courtyard at the back of the building. It's not recommended for more than one person per room as they were very small, much smaller than shown in the pictures. The service was very accommodating, helpful with directions, calls, and restaurant recommendations, in a beautiful location in the heart of Paris. The location was excellent, offering views of the Arc de Triomphe, perfect access to the metro, Airfrance bus, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The dining experience featured simple measures like croissants, jams, ham, and smooth velvety coffee, with the offer of breakfast at 13 euros each for coffee and baguette in a salon. I gave it a 4/5 rating due to the traditional food. The hotel facilities were limited but clean and comfortable.
